Then, I take what I have learned and use it to build narratives that highlight the benefits of what your organization has to offer.
“What is your experience in my field?”
My interest in working with the non-profit sector goes back to time spent working as a volunteer at animal shelters and homeless shelters in the Los Angeles area while I was in graduate school. When I finished my degree, I found that my work and travel schedule left me with little time to volunteer. At the same time, paying off student loans forced me to be selective about which causes I would support financially.
It was at this point that I began to appreciate the importance of persuasive writing to an organization’s ability to fund its work.
“What kind of assignments do you handle?”
I can handle a full array of fundraising copy. My specialties are letters, emails, and case studies.
“What does it cost to hire you for a project?“

“How long will it take you to write my copy?”
My ideal timeframe to complete a copywriting assignment is 2 to 3 weeks. That gives me time to edit, revise, and polish until we’re both happy with every detail.
That being said, I understand that sometimes your projects can’t wait that long. If you have a rush job, please let me know that is the case and indicate the date by which you must receive the copy. Due to prior commitments, I may not be able to take an urgent assignment. However, if I accept the assignment, I guarantee that you’ll have the copy on your desk by the deadline.
“What happens if we want you to revise the copy?”
My goal is to deliver you copy that you will b proud to present to your existing and future donors. I want you to be satisfied with your investment and excited for the next steps in the process.
